If you are thinking about getting tickets for the Taste of the Island, you still have some time!
We still have some tickets and you will get a chance to sample some of the best food in the city and the surrounding area. Monday October 25 2010, 6pm to 9pm!
If you don't know what Taste of the Island is all about, you can surf their page. Its a party for everyone in Wilton Manors, and everyone who would like to live in Wilton Manors. We'll have entertainment and it is fun for the whole family.
The particulars of "The Taste" as the folks here call it is that we get a long list of local restaurants together and give them a challenge to bring their best, bring your A Game and make up some food for everyone to sample! You can rub shoulders with the locals and the wannabe locals, the City Officials and Volunteers and listen to them tell stories about each other. It really is a great small town atmosphere... with FOOD! Last year we had roving bands and live entertainment and this year will be no different.
Every year this is held around this time and you're lucky enough to be able to have it on Monday October 25th, 2010. We are holding it at Richardson Historical Park on Wilton Drive with nearby Hagen Park available for your parking needs!
Yes! You CAN Park in Wilton Manors! We just added around 100 parking spaces which will be available for you that night!
Entry fee includes all food and beverage Tastes.
$30 Advance Sale Tickets are available October 1 through 5:00 pm October 25, 2010 at all locations. Tickets at the door are $35.
